Hebrews 12:26, Whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” 27 Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
Serving God acceptably is the outcome of things that cannot be shaken.
Part of the process of arriving at a place where things cannot be shaken involves removing the things that can be shaken.
1 Peter 5:10, But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
The word “suffer” is defined: To be affected, to undergo; “to permit further"
We have all experienced suffering or shaking. I know it because you are still standing in faith today!
Remember: Justice = Righteousness.
Justice begins with how we relate to God based on the Grace He has provided to us.
Justice is God’s order in you
Righteousness is God’s ability working through you
