Pt. 2, The Great Exchange
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25
Isaiah 61:3 To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”
Experience the “Great Exchange” which is the basis of Salvation Through the Gospel of Christ

Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew [exchange] their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
How can a command make a difference? High expectations triggers confidence and confidence triggers great capability,
Exchange of Strength is a kingdom principle
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
Like overwriting a file on the computer. I erased a file and started looking it like I would find it. It was gone. The sooner I accepted, the sooner I could work on the replacement. Two two hours to render and export on a powerful computer. That would have taken a couple of days ten years ago.
