1 Corinthians 2:16, For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.
Philippians 4:7, And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Having the mind of Christ means sharing the plan, purpose, and perspective of Christ, and it is something that all believers possess.
The believer lives a life under God’s influence
The Bible has a lot to say about the mind.
However, the mind is not the brain.
This is a misconception that needs to be overcome.
The Bible says nothing specifically about mental health.
The Bible talks about health, but does not differentiate what parts of the body or one’s life need to be healthy.
God’s concept of healing is the total person, spirit, soul, and body
When understood properly, biblical truth and scientific/physiological truth are not competing concepts, but complimentary concepts.
Each serves a different purpose.

Accept: Embrace the new things God was doing in your life.
Clear: Clear the old behaviors to make room for God’s best ways.
Elevate: Giving, Reaching, Accepting and Clearing lead to an Elevation or “Great Grace!”

Galatians 2:20, I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. 21 I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”
In the Apostle Paul's day and in our day, there is this concept that Jesus is not enough, and additional religious philosophy and practice is needed.
"The just shall live by faith." (Rom 1:17, Gal 3:11)
The life at peace with God is not attained by futile, never- ending, ever-defeated effort. It can be had only by casting himself on the love and mercy of God as Jesus Christ. ~ William Barclay
The Life You Live - Galatians 2:20

Old sinful and selfish versions of myself are dead and in the past.
But Christ lives in me
Christ in you, the hope of glory (Col. 1:27). This is the most significant factor to blessed and purpose filled life
